I am a Business and Economics educator, programme leader and examiner with extensive experience across school-based teaching, online education and specialist one-to-one tuition.

My professional background includes leading Business and Economics programmes in schools, teaching in several countries, and delivering and developing online learning for students in international and digital environments. I examine Business and Economics for Pearson Edexcel and AQA across GCSE and A Level qualifications, including international specifications.

I also teach and tutor IB Diploma Business Management and Economics, and provide specialist guidance for Internal Assessments and Extended Essays. My international teaching experience, together with TEFL/TESOL certification, has enabled me to work effectively with students from a wide range of educational, linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

My approach to tuition is rigorous, highly structured and individually tailored. Each programme is designed around the student’s current level, academic objectives and examination requirements, with a clear emphasis on subject mastery, sophisticated written analysis, effective evaluation, disciplined exam technique and consistently high standards of performance.

A central part of my approach is the application of examiner insight. I teach students not only what they need to know, but how high-level responses are constructed, how marks are awarded, where weaker answers lose credit, and how to produce work that meets the demands of the assessment criteria with precision.

In recent years, students I have supported have consistently achieved strong outcomes, including A–A* grades at A Level, grades 8–9 at GCSE and grades 6–7 at IB. My focus, however, is not simply on the final grade. I want students to develop the subject mastery, analytical judgement, confidence and examination discipline that allow them to perform consistently at a high level.
